  • Photos: When you use our AI headshot generation service, you upload photos of yourself. We process these photos to generate professional headshots.
  • Payment Information: When you purchase credits or services, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details. We do not store your full payment card information.
  • Communications: When you contact support, we collect the content of your messages, including any attachments you provide.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
  • Device Information: We collect device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

To generate your AI headshots, we share your uploaded photos with the following AI service providers:

  • Google (Gemini): Image analysis and generation
  • Replicate: AI model hosting and inference
  • fal.ai: AI image generation
  • Black Forest Labs: AI image generation (via Replicate)
  • OpenAI: AI processing
  • Anthropic: AI processing

These providers process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your headshots. We also use Amazon Web Services (AWS Rekognition) to analyze photo quality and ensure optimal results.

4. Analytics and Advertising

We use the following services to understand how users interact with our Service and to measure advertising effectiveness:

Analytics

  • PostHog: Product analytics including user behavior tracking. PostHog may record session replays to help us understand user experience and provide better support.
  • Vercel Analytics: Web performance and traffic analytics.

Advertising

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Tracks conversions and enables retargeting. We collect click identifiers and store attribution cookies (_fbc, _fbp) for up to 90 days.
  • Google Ads: Conversion tracking for advertising campaigns.
  • Reddit Pixel: Conversion tracking for Reddit advertising.

These advertising services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on our Service and other websites to provide you with targeted advertising.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using the following services:

  • Convex: Our primary database for account information, generation history, and support communications.
  • Cloudflare R2: Cloud storage for your uploaded photos and generated headshots.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our Service, as described above.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
